By accessing or using Mealkits.Now websites or any services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"), including our ingredients-first recipe-to-cart workflows, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to the Services and do not override a separate written agreement between you and us. If additional terms apply to a specific feature, those additional terms control for that feature.

2. Who we are

Mealkits.Now is operated by DotNow Labs LLC (d/b/a Mealkits.Now) ("Mealkits.Now," "we," "us").

3. What the Services are (and are not)

• Mealkits.Now is a recipe and referral platform that links to third-party retailer checkout experiences.
• Our primary revenue includes B2B affiliate commissions from partner networks or retailers for qualifying referrals.
• We do not sell groceries, process grocery payments, exchange goods, or fulfill orders.
• Purchases, subscriptions, delivery windows, substitutions, returns, and refunds are handled by third-party retailers/platforms.
• Our direct consumer relationship is limited to site and account access plus related support.

4. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update Services or Terms at any time. If we make changes, we update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Services.

6. Accounts and local preferences

Some features may use browser-stored preferences. Account features require accurate information and reasonable credential security. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Communications

If you submit ideas, feedback, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them for lawful business purposes without compensation.

12. Affiliate links and promotions

Shopping links may be affiliate links. If you complete an eligible purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Retailers control pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

13. Third-party services and retailer links

Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee third-party content, services, or performance.

Any pricing, stock, substitution, or delivery estimate displayed on our Services is informational and may change. Actual terms are set by the retailer/platform at checkout.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mealkits.Now and DotNow Labs LLC from claims and costs resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

19. Copyright complaints

20. Dispute resolution and governing law

Contact us first for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

21. Termination and miscellaneous

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to users/systems. Provisions that by nature should survive termination survive. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in force.
